While on patrol two Security Officers had observed the subject with a strong odor of marijuana and requested and Police officer. The subject admitted to possessing marijuana and provided it and paraphernalia to the officers. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The subject was issued a citation and released. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
