The officers were informed the subject had fired the weapon into the air. The officers located the subject inside a residence and the subject pointed a weapon at the officers. The subject attempted to flee and was apprehended in the back yard of the residence. The subject was interviewed and admitted to having used alcohol. The officers located several weapons and discharged rounds of ammunition in the area. The subject did not live in the residence where the officers located them. The contraband and evidence were collected. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to submit a breath sample. The subject was transported to the Horry County Detention Center and held for warrants. |
