The victim was interviewed and reported seeing the subject on several occasions acting in a peculiar way. the victim described the subject but could not identify the subject. The victim described a recent incident at the Edwards Building for the officer. A video review of the area did not reveal any peculiar activity on the part of the subject. This incident continues to be investigated. |
