The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene and made contact with the occupants of the apartment. The two occupants were interviewed and denied any use or knowledge of marijuana. During a consent search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered in on bedroom. The resident of that bedroom was issued a citation and released. The contraband was seized. |
