Officers located one subject in need of medical attention and requested EMS. Officers issued citations to the residents of two homes for breach of peace. One subject was loud and belligerent towards the officers and others at the scene and was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. the victim was interviewed and identified the subject. This incident continues to be investigated. |
