Time: | 0124 | Officer: | Cavallini | Type: | Traffic stop - possession of paraphernalia | Location: | Hwy. 544 and University Blvd. | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle change lanes without a turn signal and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The officer interviewed the driver and the passengers about the odor. During a search the subjects admitted to using marijuana and possessing paraphernalia. The contraband was seized and the driver was issued a warning for the lane change. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
