The officers interviewed the victim who described the actions of the subject and the circumstances of the incident. The subject and victim had been in a relationship which had recently ended. The subject was now trying to communicate with the victim after being told the victim did not want to communicate. The subject was contacted by an officer and advised to stop trying to communicate with the victim. |
