The subject was located in the driver's seat of a running vehicle and was unresponsive to the officers attempts to communicate. EMS was requested and responded. A window on the vehicle was broken to gain access and the subject was revived by EMS. The subject was interviewed and admitted to consuming alcohol. The subject agreed to attempt SFSTs and was able to complete the tests. The subject was issued a citation and released. A sober driver escorted the subject home. |
