Time: | 0150 | Officer: | Cavallini | Type: | Suspicious activity - possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of false ID | Location: | 615 Hwy. 544 | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed a person in a parked vehicle at the bookstore on Hwy. 544 after hours and stopped to investigate. The driver was interviewed and denied having any contraband. The officer was able to observe what appeared to be paraphernalia in the vehicle. During a search marijuana, paraphernalia, and a false ID were discovered and seized. The subject was issued a citation and released. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
