The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene and then interviewed the subjects. The subjects admitted to using marijuana previous to the officer arriving and provided paraphernalia in their possession. A search of the vehicle did not reveal any further contraband. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
