The occupants were interviewed and the driver was determined to be the trespassed subject. The driver was taken into custody and during a search marijuana was discovered. The passenger was found to be in possession of alcohol and controlled substances at which time the passenger was taken into custody. Both subjects were issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center and further warrants are being sought. The vehicle was towed.
10/14/16 a warrant was sought and obtained for possession of a controlled substance. The warrant was served on the driver at the Horry County Detention Center. |
