The officers interviewed the complainant who witnessed the subject damage a parked vehicle by striking it. the subject was located and interviewed and denied any involvement. A video review of the area supported the complainants report, and confirmed the subject. The subject was interviewed and admitted to having been drinking. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
