The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene who had observed the contraband in plain sight during a health and safety inspection. The subject returned to the apartment and was interviewed. The subject admitted to possessing the contraband. A consent search did not reveal any further contraband. The contraband was seized and this incident will be referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
