The officer met with University housing staff at the apartment and was able to observe the odor of marijuana. The officer made contact with the occupants and interviewed them. During a consent search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered in one bedroom. The contraband was seized and the subject was issued a citation. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
