Officers interviewed a witness who described the actions of the subject vehicle and identified the vehicle. The officers then located and interviewed the victim and the subject. During a search of the subject's vehicle marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The contraband was seized and the subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A collision report was also completed. |
