The officer met with University Housing staff and then made contact with the occupants of the apartment. The officer was able to observe the odor of marijuana near the apartment. The occupants were interviewed and the resident denied having any contraband. During a search of the room alcohol, paraphernalia and marijuana were discovered. Three subjects were issued citations and released. The contraband was seized. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
