When victim approached the suspect and began asking questions suspect began to behave belligerently and when told to leave the campus, suspect made an aggressive move towards victim and the suspect was calmed with necessary use of force to deescalate the situation. Suspect was arrested and taken into custody and transported to HCDC. |
