The driver was interviewed and the officer observed signs of alcohol use in the driver. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs and the driver agreed. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The vehicle was released to a sober licensed driver. The driver refused to submit a breath sample and was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
