The officers met with University Housing staff at the scene and then made contact with the occupants of the subject apartment. One of the occupants took property from the apartment to a vehicle before the officers arrived. The occupants of the apartment were interviewed and consented to a search. During the search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered and seized. The officers then requested and received consent to search the vehicle. During the vehicle search more marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered and seized. One subject was issued citations and released. The other two subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center with holds for warrants. Warrants will be sought on further charges. |
