A passenger fled the vehicle as the officer approached. The passenger and another subject were observed leaving a home nearby and the officer stopped to interview them. During the interview the officer was advised that the vehicle had been reported stolen and the subject advised the officer they were on parole. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
