A subject was located asleep in the vehicle and interviewed. During the interview alcohol was observed in the vehicle. The subject was taken into custody, issued citations and transported to the Horry County detention Center. At the detention center the subject became disorderly uncooperative and had to be physically controlled by the detention officers. The second person in the vehicle was not intoxicated and was released to a family member. |
