The subject was located and interviewed. The subject advised they did use marijuana but did not sell drugs and consented to a search. During the search a marijuana derivative and paraphernalia were discovered. University Housing staff were notified of the investigation and responded. No evidence of drug sales were discovered. the subject was issued citations and released.
01/29/2017 A second subject from the same initial report was located and interviewed. This subject also consented to a search and during the search paraphernalia but no drugs were found. No evidence of drug sales were found either. This incident was also reported to University Housing staff. There were no criminal charges in this incident. |
