Time: | 0125 | Officer: | Jennings | Type: | Traffic stop - possession of marijuana, underage possession of alcohol, trespass notice given | Location: | 170 Township Circle | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DSP officer observed the subject vehicle parked in a handicap space without handicap plates and stopped to investigate. The officer observed five subjects in the vehicle and immediately identified the odor of marijuana. The five subjects were interviewed and during the interviews alcohol and marijuana were discovered. The contraband was seized. Two of the subjects admitted to possessing the contraband. They were each issued a citation and released. One subject was found to be a non-student and was issued a trespass notice. The driver was also issued a citation for parking in the handicap space. |
