‌Edit an Event

Note: You can request an edit of your event(s) at any time. All edit requests must be approved by Scheduling and Space Management. Please do a Location Search to ensure that the requested time and location are available.

To make updates to confirmed events, fill out an event update form located here. You will be prompted to input the following information: 

  1. Your 25Live confirmation number
  2. Your SchoolDude work order (if you have one. If not, facilities staff will create one for you after completing your event update request)
  3. A summary of needed updates.

Once submitted, facilities and scheduling staff will assist you in making your requested changes.
