The Coastal Comeback Plan is the University’s plan for operating and for academic instruction through COVID-19. Action plans reflect current Phase 2 operations.
All members of the Coastal Carolina University are expected to abide by the policies, procedures, and protocols outlined in this comeback plan. Failure to do so places yourself and others at risk and may result in disciplinary action.

Coastal Carolina University is moving from Phase 1 to Phase 2 in its Coastal Comeback plan. The main difference is that there will be more opportunity for face-to-face gatherings on campus. Appropriate safety measures such as wearing masks and physical distancing must continue to be practiced. This is an incremental step toward normalcy, as the effects of COVID-19 remain a concern. University officials stress that the majority of precautions that have been in place since the start of the pandemic will still be needed.
Each week Coastal Carolina University releases information about the number of cases of COVID-19 within the campus community. The main place where that information can be accessed is through a COVID dashboard that has been developed by the Transition Advisory Group, which consists of faculty and staff.
