Work Orders and Equipment:
Work orders can be placed online at myschoolbuilding.com. A variety of requests can be placed from signage, to greenhouse, pest control to recycling. Work orders should be placed at least two weeks before your event. For additional information or for questions regarding work orders contact Sandi Hatcher at ext. 2610 or email@example.com.
The university does own some event equipment such as tents and podiums. This equipment can be reserved through myschoolbuilding.com and click on “Event Setup.” Banquet, round and cocktail tables can be requested when you put your room reservation in 25Live.
If a tent needs to be staked on campus place a work order with grounds to have the water lines marked before the tent is set up. Be sure to remember if you have an event outside to place a work order to have the sprinklers system turned off in time for set-up. Tent Sizes and Capacities
All A/V needs can be requested when you place your room request through 25Live.
Contact media services the week of the event to arrange set-up time to test the equipment before the start of the event to ensure all equipment is working properly. It may be helpful to ask who will be working the event from media services, so you have their contact information should a problem arise.
