Direct Deposit Information

Coastal Carolina University requires Direct Deposit for all student refunds and financial aid settlements to be processed electronically by direct deposit. Benefits of this added service include (but are not limited to):

  • Immediate and secure access to funds through personal ATM banking
  • Access to funds without mail delays
  • No lost or stolen checks or reprocessing fees

All Coastal Carolina University students should now enroll on-line for this service. Through the Student Portal of WebAdvisor, under the "Student Accounts-Financial Services" menu, simply select the "Direct Deposit-Enroll Now!" option (see instructions below) to complete the enrollment banking information and all future expected funds (refunds/ settlements) will be deposited directly to your bank based on distribution schedules through each semester.

Your bank must be a U.S. Bank. We are not able to accept Money Market checking accounts.

Please Note: If you are a student-employee of Coastal Carolina University and have signed up for direct deposit of your paycheck, the Office of Student Accounts refund process is processed on a different system. You must sign up separately per the instructions below.

Banking information may be submitted electronically through WebAdvisor. After clicking the link, click Login and use your Coastal Carolina University login and password, then look under Student Accounts - Financial Services on the left for Direct Deposit-Enroll Now!
