How to Make a Payment.
*Only students can make payment through Student Finance.
Parent and guardians can make payment through the Parents/Guardian Menu on WebAdvisor > My Students > Make a Payment.
To make payments on a balance or payment plan, select the check box next to the item.
The “Amount to Pay” can be edited to make excess or partial payments.
For payment plans, the “Amount Due” must be met before due date.
***Please note that only the payment you wish to make should be selected. If additional payments are selected you will be charged the total amount of the selected payments at check out. ***
Choose a payment method from the list and select “Proceed to Payment”.
Review the payment overview and select “Pay Now”. (There is a 2.7% service fee associated with all credit and debit card payments. Electronic checks do not incur this fee.)
Complete the payment information forms and finalize your payment.
Once payment is finalized, payment information can be found on the Account Activity screen in Student Finance. Choose the term associated with the payment. Click the “Payments” heading to view individual payments.
Payment Plan details can also be found on the Account Activity screen in Student Finance. Choose the term associated with the Payment Plan. Click the “Payment Plan” heading, then click “Student Receivables” to view Payment Plan Details. Payment Plan heading will appear once Payment Plan is established.
