Board of Trustees
The following is a list of Board of Trustees meetings planned for August 6-7, 2020. On Thursday, the committees will flow from one meeting to the next. All meetings will be held in the Singleton Ballroom, Singleton Building. Due to the physical distancing capacity of the space, the room will only be limited to the members of the Board of Trustees and CCU administrators presenting information during the meetings.
Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 9 a.m.
- 9:00 a.m. Board of Trustees Retreat
- 9:00-11:15 a.m. Board of Trustees Bylaws Review
- 11:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m Review of University Mission Statement
Lunch/Executive Session (legal update, personnel matters and contractual matters)
Lunch will be served at approximately 12:00 p.m. and Executive Session will begin at that time. The first committee meeting will begin subsequent to Executive Session at approximately 1:00 p.m. It is anticipated that each of the committee meetings will be held for thirty minutes, but some committees may take longer or shorter than anticipated.
