Mental Health Resources

Counseling

We understand that students can start to feel overwhelmed by a number of things during the semesters. The important thing is not to let them wear you down to your breaking point. There are resources on campus that can help you to keep your mental health in check. Their resources include, but are not limited to: a crisis center, clinical services, and a self help manual which addresses multiple items.

Your main resource for this is going to be the Counseling Center here on campus.

 Medical/Psychological Withdrawal

Students that are still struggling may consider a mental health withdrawal. This should be your final option and in order to do so you will need to communicate with your advisor.

For more information visit the Student Health webpage.
