PRIVACY POLICY - COMMERCIAL SOLICITATIONS Pursuant to the South Carolina
Family Privacy Protection Act of 2002, Coastal Carolina University releases
personal information on its students and employees to fulfill legitimate
public purposes only. Using Section 30-2-30(2) of the Code of Laws of
South Carolina as a guideline, the President of the University makes determinations
as to what constitutes a legitimate public purpose. The University does
not release personal information on its students and employees for commercial
solicitation.
