Student wins Volkswagen bus

Adrienne "Lizzy" Marola, a CCU freshman from Torrington, Conn., recently won a customized 1978 Volkswagen Microbus based on how good her backside looked in a pair of low-cut jeans.

Hollister Co. held a promotion called "Chasing the Perfect Ride" on its Facebook page, directing viewers to send in a photo of their rears. On a whim, Marola submitted a photo of her derriere in Hollister jeans at the store.

"I guess I was just lucky," she said.

The vintage Volkswagen is customized with surfboards on top and a leather couch inside.
