CCU board members present First Book Author's luncheon

Tickets are still available for First Book-Horry County's Summer Author's Luncheon on Saturday, July 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Inlet Affairs in Murrells Inlet. Lowcountry author and environmentalist Mary Alice Monroe is the featured speaker and will debut her new book, "The Summer Girls."

The deadline for tickets sales and reservations is Sunday, July 7.
