Wendy Watts named director of financial aid

Wendy Watts has been named the director of financial aid. She returns to Coastal Carolina University following her most recent position as director of finance for the Marion County School District. She previously served as the co-director of financial aid and scholarships at CCU from November 2012 to September 2013. She also served as the senior associate director of Financial Aid and Scholarships from April 2008 to October 2012.

Watts earned a bachelor's degree in English from Francis Marion University, a master's degree in education from Troy University and an AB in marketing from Florence-Darlington Technical College.
