20 join CCU as staff members in August

Among the new staff that joined Teal Nation this month are a future volunteer firefighter, a former arena football coach, and several alumni. Get to know them below:
Adrienne Barnette joins the College of Science as an academic adviser. She is originally from Columbia, S.C., and is the high-jump recordholder at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She chose CCU because of its diverse and multicultural campus.
Jeffrey Chase joins the Department of Theatre as the technical director.
Tori Delaney joins the Department of Athletics as a senior athletic training assistant. Her favorite food is cheese and her hobbies include hiking and paddleboarding. She is originally from Elkridge, Md.
Karl Goodman joins the track and field team as an assistant coach alongside Sandy Fowler. He is originally from Wendover, England, and enjoys site seeing. He loves french fries and can hold his breath underwater for 67 seconds.
Lindsey Hanks, a 2018 CCU graduate, joins the College of Humanities and Fine Arts as an academic adviser. Her favorite food is fried chicken, specifically Fried Chicken Fridays fried chicken. She is originally from Roanoke, Va.
Jenni Harrelson is an administrative specialist in the College of Education. Her favorite food is ice cream, and she loves to bake. She is originally from Conway.
Morgan Marshall is an academic coaching specialist with the Academic Coaching Experience. She loves chocolate, has been skydiving, and is very competitive. She hails from Pittsburgh, Pa.
Neidy McHugh is a CRM manager in the Office of Admissions and Merit Awards. Her hobbies are reading, writing and hiking, and she is originally from Albany, N.Y. She has a six-month-old son, killian, along with a husband, dog, and two cats.
Elwyn McRoy is an assistant men's basketball coach. He loves seafood and classic cars. He is originally from Wichita, Kan., and owns a 44-foot motorhome. He came to CCU because he has always wanted to live on the coast.
Ben Neeves is a sign shop technician. He graduated from CCU in 1992 and is originally from Myrtle Beach.
Amy Ritter is the director of payroll. She loves Mexican food, sushi, running and being a mother. She is originally from Collingsoowd, N.J., but moved here from Maryland.
Andrew Roy joins the men's golf team as assistant men's golf coach after playing for the CCU golf team as a student. His favorite food is pizza and he is originally from Seekonk, Mass.
Melquam Shaw is an academic coaching specialist with the Academic Coaching Experience. He loves tofu and tacos, and among his hobbies are working out and motivational speaking.
Shawn Tarr joins Public Safety as a security officer. He is originally from Oil City, Pa.
Justin Tibbs is an accounts payable manager in financial services. He loves Mexican food, sports, and his family. He is originally from Princeton, W.Va., and came to CCU for its beautiful campus and growing organization.
Dallas Watts is a sports turf groundskeeper. He loves pulled barbecue pork, hunting and fishing. He is originally from Longs, S.C., and is currently going through training to be a volunteer firefighter.
Jennifer West is an administrative specialist with procurement. She loves pizza, boating and fishing. She is originally from Dunn, N.C., and is married with three children.
Jason Williams is a security officer with Public Safety. His three daughters are 11, 18 and 20, and he has coached high school and arena football. He comes to CCU from Williamsport, Pa.
