Once you complete and submit this registration page, you will be directed to make a non-refundable $100.00 payment to CCU for your test.
Please note:
- Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will email you with instructions for making an appointment to take your test.
- Tests must be taken within six months of your payment to CCU.
- If you have questions regarding the payment process, contact the ATC.
