Proctor Exam

Once you complete and submit this registration page, you will be directed to make a non-refundable $40.00 payment to CCU for your test.

• Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will email you with instructions for making an appointment to take your test.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the ATC receives the exam materials (exam, instructions, return postage-paid envelope, etc.) from your school/institution/instructor, at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. If your school requires a hard copy of the exam, you are responsible for bringing a postage paid return envelope.
• Tests must be taken within six months of your payment to CCU.
