Guitar students to perform at Coastal Carolina University

Coastal Carolina University guitar students will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18 in the Recital Hall of the Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts. The concert is free but tickets are required.

The recital will feature guitar students from the studio of music professor Daniel Hull, and will include solo performances, ensemble performances and a performance by the University’s Guitar Quartet.

Daniel Hull is a teaching associate in the University’s department of music. He earned a bachelor's degree in guitar performance from Illinois State University and a master's degree and doctorate in guitar performance from the Eastman School of Music. An active soloist and ensemble musician, Hull has performed throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. He is also an instructor at Horry Georgetown Technical College.
