Farmers Market returns to CCU

Coastal Carolina University will host the CCU Farmers Market and Sustainability Fair on Wednesday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Prince Lawn. The event featuring fresh produce and products is open to the public.

In cooperation with the Waccamaw Market Cooperative, the Farmers Market will include a variety of local, seasonal items available for purchase. Payments in debit/credit, cash and check are accepted.

The Farmers Market offers a variety of items, such as jams, produce, salad dressings, free food samples, eco-friendly giveaways and more, all prepared by area growers.

Prince Lawn is located in the middle of campus in front of the Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts and the Eldred "Wink" Prince Building.

Community parking is available in Lot KK, and a map is available online at coastal.edu/sustain.
