Pop 101, Coastal Carolina University's student vocal group specializing in popular music, will perform a concert Wednesday, April 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Edwards Recital Hall. The event, which will include a variety of Southern roots music, is free and open to the public.

Under the direction of Dan O'Reilly, adjunct professor of music at Coastal, the group will perform selections by Sam Cooke, Solomon Burke, Roy Orbison, Otis Redding, Janice Joplin, Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson and others.
