Coastal Carolina University's Small Business Development Center is sponsoring a free procurement seminar designed for women business owners on Friday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Coastal Carolina University Higher Education Center in Myrtle Square Mall.

Robert Mergle, director of the South Carolina Small Business Development Program, will provide information to women business owners about commodities, products and services that can be routinely purchased by the federal government. During the seminar, women business owners will learn how to become involved in the federal procurement process.
