Coastal Carolina University's Recreation and Sport Management (RSM) students are teaming up with Myrtle Beach Family Golf to host the inaugural Mini-Golf Tournament at Shipwreck Island Adventure Golf Course on Saturday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to noon. All ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. The public is invited to participate.

One 18-hole round of mini-golf is $10 per person; additional rounds may be purchased for $10 as well. Gift certificates to local businesses and trophies will be awarded to both the top individual and the top three two-person teams. The event is a fundraiser for the RSM Scholarship which will go to a student with a GPA of a 3.25 or higher.

To participate, register in advance by emailing Dylan Freeman, an RSM student, at djfreeman@g.coastal.edu. Tickets will also be sold on the morning of the tournament. Local radio station Mix 97.7 will provide live coverage for the event.
