Among those graduating this spring at Coastal Carolina University were five members of the Learning Is For Everyone (LIFE) Program. In the days of social distancing, one of those graduates celebrated with a parade of well-wishers driving by to say congratulations.

The LIFE Program is a four-year, tuition-based, post-secondary education and transition program that integrates dozens of students with intellectual or developmental difficulties into the campus community.
