Coastal Carolina University's Lifelong Learning Society courses available for spring 2003

December 18, 2002

The Lifelong Learning Society (LLS), an adult educational and enrichment program of Coastal Carolina University's Division of Continuing Studies, will offer a variety of courses during the 2003 spring semester, which runs from January through March.

LLS is designed for adults who are interested in learning, exchanging ideas and getting involved with the university. The LLS has been nationally recognized as a model program of its kind.

Most LLS classes are held at University Hall on Coastal's campus. Extension sites include locations in Myrtle Beach, Little River, North Myrtle Beach and Socastee. Early registration is recommended since many courses have limited enrollment. For more information or to register, call 349-2665 or visit Coastal's Web site at www.coastal.edu/learn.

Although you don't have to be a member to take classes, society members enjoy many benefits such as use of the campus library, priority registration for classes, free or student rate admission to university cultural events on campus, as well as a free subscription to Coastal Carolina University publications. Annual membership fee is $29.
