CCU’s Grant Center to host 25th annual Economic Growth and Real Estate Summit on March 15

Coastal Carolina University’s Grant Center for Real Estate and Economics will present the 25th annual Economic Growth and Real Estate Summit from 8 a.m. to noon on March 15 at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. The theme of this year’s summit is “Managing capital investment in today’s economy.”

Registration and breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m. The cost for the event is $120, which includes a full breakfast buffet and refreshment break. Details about registration and sponsorship opportunities can be found here.

The Economic Growth and Real Estate Summit is a premier networking event where leaders from the private and public sectors can discuss key issues impacting their organizations, meet potential new clients and partners, and share ideas for a stronger economy.

This year’s keynote speaker is Dan Handford, managing partner at passiveinvesting.com. There will also be a panel discussion on workforce housing. In addition to Handford, panelists will include Jim Ambrose, principal of Tipping Point; Jason Greene, CEO of Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance; and Meagan Michal, executive director of Habitat for Humanity of Horry County. S.C. Rep. Tim McGinnis, a Grand Strand area business owner and leader, will serve as emcee.

Salvino, Ph.D., director of the Grant Center for Real Estate and Economics. “This summit provides a platform for insightful discussions and strategic collaborations, empowering stakeholders to capitalize on emerging opportunities and drive sustainable growth.”
