Coastal Carolina University's Saxophone Ensemble will give a free concert at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, in the Recital Hall of the Thomas W. and Robin W. Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts on campus.

The ensemble includes students Crystal Brown, Simon Harding, Craig Harris, Patrick Meyers and Mickey Trexler, as well as music professor Dan O'Reilly, who also directs the ensemble.

The diverse program will include classical pieces by Mozart, Sousa and Handel as well as some Jamaican folk songs, Motown favorites and a New Orleans classic. A rhythm section with Aarian Land on drums, Chris Willhite on bass and Julio Navarro on guitar will accompany some of the numbers.
