CCU sees early success in Top Ten Guarantee program
Coastal Carolina University is seeing early success with its initiative that offers guaranteed admission to South Carolina’s top 10 percent of high school graduates. CCU launched the Top Ten Guarantee program in September 2014, and as a result, 101 new South Carolina freshmen who graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school graduating class enrolled at CCU. This population represents 10 percent of CCU’s Fall 2015 freshman class of South Carolina students, a 14.7 percent increase over Fall 2014.
