Needs-Based Survey for Non-Indigenous Students

Note: One survey should be submitted for each individual who is NOT of documented ancestry indigenous to North America, and who attended or is attending a K-12 public school in SC. Surveys may also be submitted on behalf of students in a pre-Kindergarten program in SC. Your participation will help us to improve the educational experiences of students in our state. Thank you.

All questions in the survey are required.
