Penny Talley

Penny joined the CCU team in January 2024. Originally, she is from Atlanta, GA; yet has been a resident of the Carolinas since 2016.
Mentoring and assisting our next generations are Penny’s most important goals. She is a strong advocate that the youth that are impacted today will influence the societies and communities of tomorrow. Additionally, she has always had a passion for being a part of Higher Ed Institutes and have worked in professional roles at Georgia Perimeter College, Spelman College, and Cornell University.
Penny earned a Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia, a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Science from Mercer University in Atlanta (2013), and a Masters of Arts in Pre-Law/Legal Studies from American University System in Charlestown, WV in 2017.
Her hobbies include traveling abroad, reading, listening to music, and swimming.
