Ashlynn Solomon
Name: Ashlynn Solomon
Hometown: Irmo, S.C.
Year in School: Junior
Major: Recreation and Sport Management
In a media-driven world where young people are constantly told how they should look and how they should act, it is important to have confidence. When a person is comfortable with who they are, it can make all the difference. Ashlynn Solomon is a Coastal student who says that once she arrived on campus from Irmo, S.C., her confidence level started to grow. In fact, it grew so much that she says the word “confident” now defines her.
A recreation and sport management student, Ashlynn plans to use her undergraduate education to help her reach the next step of law school. But until she starts pursuing that advanced degree, Ashlynn is enjoying her time at Coastal. Part of the CCU chapter of the NAACP and a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, she has involved herself in important causes and respected groups around campus.
With her top goal this year to make the Dean’s list, we wish Ashlynn the best of luck and thank her for positively contributing to our campus atmosphere.
